Crisp Product Manager Eve Maher shares a roundup of this month’s updates to the Crisp data platform.
Here at Crisp, we love hearing from customers about the benefits that come with having retail data at their fingertips, all in one place. That’s why we’ve continued to expand the Crisp platform to connect new data sources: extending our relationship with UNFI to support SVHarbor, and ingesting data from a number of new retailers and distributors. Read on for more about this month’s latest offerings.
Crisp and UNFI expand offering to SVHarbor
Earlier this year, UNFI endorsed Crisp as the data solution to help its network of natural channel suppliers access real-time, actionable insights. Now, Crisp and UNFI have extended this offering to UNFI’s thousands of conventional suppliers with support for SVHarbor data.
Brands can now access a live feed of SVHarbor data through Crisp using interactive dashboards with advanced analytics to better understand their business across sales, distribution, velocity, and inventory. Suppliers can also get their SVHarbor data automatically piped into the tool of their choice, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and cloud-based tools.
Automatic report ingestion for The Home Depot, Aldi, and more
Crisp now automatically ingests data from a number of new retailers and distributors, saving teams time typically spent downloading email reports or exporting data from vendor portals. Crisp customers can access up-to-date data from Aldi, The Home Depot, BJ’s Wholesale, and Tony’s Fine Foods, viewable in their analytics tool of choice.
New dashboards offer actionable insights for Rite Aid
Crisp has extended interactive dashboards to Rite Aid suppliers, making it easy to understand sales, distribution, and velocity trends and click into details to get a granular view of your business.
Flexible data modeling with Google Data Studio
Google Data Studio is a free, online BI tool for building customizable, informative reports and dashboards. Crisp’s new outbound BigQuery solution allows users to quickly and easily import their retailer and distributor data into the cloud. With the complementary Data Studio tool, Crisp users can load their BigQuery tables into customizable dashboards and reports for immediate, flexible data modeling that doesn’t require additional BI software.
